USB ports finicky

I like the versatility and number of outlets. The USB only work half the time. At least that has been my experience with this product. Very touchy... got to insert it just right. Disappointed with that part and there is no quick charger even though it says there is, and it looks like maybe the middle USB port is the quick charger. Maybe this only works if you already have a quick charger USB cord.
