Holes appear right away on a back

I was expecting a good quality item from a brand name. But almost all of them will have a tear on the back almost right away after putting it on my kid. She is very skinny 3 yo and size 4-5 T little big on her ( just the way she likes it, not tight at all) and she wears them only for nighttime . But still there is vertical tear appears right next to the pad on the back . Which is ruining all the point of this training pants , they will not hold in case of accident.
