Samsung QLED Q70A Series 4K TV (2021) (Factory Reconditioned)

This is the second SAMSUNG Class QLED Q70A Series - 4K UHD Quantum HDR Smart TV with Alexa TV of the same model that has broken. The first was within a couple of months, a 75". I returned the first time with help from Amazon. I have had the 65" version of the set, great picture but the same issue as the first set has me with no TV. I called Amazon and they connected me right away with Samsung. This time, the experience is much different. I have called 4x and spoken with various representatives and supervisor. The supervisor never got on the phone, and I asked for the supervisors manager to talk with. I was told that a Manager would call me that same day, and it's been almost a week with no return call from Samsung. There are colored lines vertical on the TV and half the picture is blacked out. #Samsung Customer service has been lying to me, a new customer. First Samsung TV I ever had. What the 3rd rep said was the tech team says something bumped the TV to make the glass behind the screen break, and blamed it on me. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG. It is the only TV I have in my apartment and now I'm without a way to watch Sunday NFL or anything for that matter. Back to Vizio which I have had many of and never ever an issue. This is why I prefer Apple iPhone, etc. over SAMSUNG.
