Great TV, Great Picture!
By Christopher Jordan on Reviewed in the United States on April 21, 2025
This review is for the people "looking for a great TV" but just under "I need to know all the techincal babble and the heavy details of the image". This TV has been amazing! It has 120 refresh rate and 4K compatibility. Everything feels great and the picture is VERY nice. I streamed a Disney movie on this with the wife and kids the first night and it was amazing! Very pleased with the results for the price. Highly recommend!

Christmas Impacted - Order From Another Retail
By Brandon on Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2023
Ordered 75" QLED on Nov 28 which required me to schedule a delivery date and time. Given the product this made sense even if it was unfortunately limited to one single day - Dec 20th. Moved holiday events around and made the commitment. Started tracking once it was shipped through a company never heard of: CEVA (red flag 1) 20th rolls around, still not contact from CEVA confirming delivery, 20th passes by. Spend the next 3 days attempting to contact CEVA as their tracking simply says it is static at their distribution center. Contact AMAZON on the 23rd, they ask that I wait longer till the 27th AFTER Xmas. This gift is not going to be available to its recipient. Joy. 27th rolls by, no TV. Repeated attempts to CEVA result in no response or being disconnected thru their support. AMAZON recontacted and advised of the situation - upon being asked to 'just wait longer' I refused and requested a refund. Refund issued and told to ignore any return packing labels that I 'might receive via mail.' Fast forward to Jan 3rd and I receive a sudden notification from CEVA my TV is out for delivery. News flash: It did not show up. On Jan 7th, I receive a notification from AMAZON that my TV was shipped on the 3rd and that the TV would need to be returned AT MY COST (??????) or my card would be charged in full. Note: Still no TV. Yesterday, Jan 8th, the TV mysteriously shows up on my door step - no contact, no knock, nothing but a shadow from the front door panel windows giving me the indication that something is there - a $1400 electronic just left leaning against the door. Spare yourself this experience. It is absurd that there was such a delay in delivery, ridiculous that contact was impossible after continued delay, and the complete disconnect between AMAZON-Shipping resulting false communications leading to their expectation for the customer that has been displaced to pay for the return costs? I would give this zero stars if I could and for the first time in a decade contemplating continuing transactions with AMAZON given the increased availability of remote shopping thru competitors.
