Doesn't disappoint.

WOW! Great picture and fantastic features. Alexa is a great addition. The 8k video from YouTube are life like. The packaging was well thought out, you don't have to lay down the 85" TV anymore to install the stand. They utilize the side packaging to support the TV while installing the stand. It takes two people to lift it if you are planning to place it on a cabinet or mount it on the wall. The setup was easy after resorting to search the online manual to determine why the remote would not function. The 'Quick Setup" guide failed to mention the need to "pair" the remote to the TV by pressing the 'Return' and 'Pause' buttons simultaneously for a second. But that is only complaint. The TV doesn't disappoint.

Within a week of use the screen went blank and not working.

Good product while it lasted for a week. After a week of use the screen went blank and the TV stopped working. We have to return and replace this TV as my husband is a fan of Samsung. If you are not a Samsung fan then please go with another brand. It’s not worth a hassle to have this big TV put on and off. Very sad and disappointing. Good customer service from Amazon; Rain coordinated a call with Samsung repair under 10 minutes. When we decided to replace the TV, she helped us replace the TV very swiftly.
