HP All-in-One 22-df0023 (Open Box)

Once the hours and hours of Windows updates, I was able to finally test this PC and it was not good. First of all, the bottom bezel was loose on delivery. I was able to snap it back into place, but I didn't like it since this was supposed to be "used-like new." I restarted several times after installing all the Windows updates, and each restart took about 4-5 minutes, which is a lifetime, given the specs. We have a few terminals just like these ones at work and they boot up much faster. The boot time I could live with, but this PC is just slow all the way around. If you open Chrome, for instance, this is a solid 4-10 second delay before a window pops up. Each and every time. I tried getting into settings and there is a 10+ second delay between clicking on the windows icon and getting anything to pop up. A few times, nothing happened at all. Something is very off with the hardware or maybe the software. Either way, I returned it because it just wasn't worth the hassle. Bummer.
