Works great!

My other bissell vacuum stopped working so I was in the market for another cordless vacuum cleaner. I like the bissell brand because they seem to all get pet hair pretty well. I read the reviews prior to buying and the only fault I have is that it doesn’t stand up on its own. The vacuum does come with 3 different attachments. I used the brush attachment to clean a recliner and it picked up all the dog hair with ease. I have 3 dogs so the hair is everywhere. I really like that this comes with a light so you can see what you are picking up on the floor and that you got everything. The base of the vacuum is a little bulky but the two attachments make getting hard to reach corners super easy. It stores by hanging on a charger on the wall. The instructions say that it takes 5 hours for a full charge but mine seemed to charge in less time. I will say the battery life is not long. You have probably 30 minutes of run time before it shuts off. My solution to that was I did one room at a time and made sure to put it back on the charger right away.

Waste of money, look elsewhere

I really wanted to like this vacuum because we have a corded Bissel upright that we absolutely love, but this vacuum? This ain't it chief... * Suction is so very poor. Even on the highest power, I found myself going over bare floors in the same spot several times just to get globs of dust/fur. If something isn't directly in your line of sight, there's very little chance that it's swept up at the edge of the floor tool or any hand tool. If I take all the tools off the vacuum and just stick it against my hand on high power, it's laughably weak. It feels like you're touching the intake of an air mattress pump. * The canister has a top/cover with a latch that you pull before emptying. It sort of "clicks" into place with friction on one piece of the cover, while the other piece (with the pull handle) floats freely. You have to give this mechanism a tug, but it takes enough force that I can never pull it off without a slight jerking motion that makes dirt fly everywhere if you're not 100% ready for it. * It's worthless as a handheld vacuum because of weight distribution and length between the tip and your hand. All the weight is toward the back of the vacuum, and the tip is about a foot and a half away. The result is that you have this insane amount of weight/pressure on your wrist while trying to make fine-tuned motions with any of the hand tools. So if you want to pinpoint on that spider web in the corner, or one piece of dust in a crevice, it turns into a difficult, heavy, imprecise chore. Hope you don't have even the slightest bit of wrist weakness or arthritis or something. * When sitting on a bare floor with no tools attached, the vacuum wobbles around and doesn't sit perfectly flat. In the one day I had this vacuum out in the open, my cat knocked it over at least once with minimal effort. * Power cord plugs in front-to-back on the underside of the vacuum. Seems a little out of the way to get to. * The tools/attachments and extension arm are all very snug. Which is good for sturdiness, but it takes more than a gentle tug to remove any of them, making tool/arm swapping a hassle. TL;DR - Bad suction, huge accessibility fail.
