Hug Bud Kids Weighted Blanket, 36" X 48"

Update 5/21/21 - No warranty found and never found contact information for HugBug the manufacture. Wound up throwing the leaking blanket out. Beads everywhere and NO SUPPORT made this decision a costly mistake in where and who you buy from. Ours was a woot deal which all had limited 30 day return policies which expired and no help after that. Garbage is nearly 25 pounds heavier this week while we are out nearly $100 and wish to warn others this is a bad deal due to lack of warranty. Update: will not buy again and suggest other do not. No warranty or access to manufacture if you have troubles after the sale. Naturally Amazon had a 30 day return window which came and went. Seller usually has a policy too which was Woot, they had a 90 day return window - again came and went. Looking for the manufacture HugBud and found an Amazon store front but no way to contact anyone about the failure on the weighted blanket. For this reason I dropped the rating to 2 stars and suggest you find another brand of blanket. It was nice while it did not leak the beads everywhere. Now its in the trash since we cannot find the leak and bead filling it always found in our other bedding. Do Not Purchase until the manufacture step forward to address this issue and states the actual warranty and how to contact customer service. Original review We ordered the Queen 25LB 80x87 grey weighted blanket and all was great for the first couple months. My wife noticed several little bead/pellets in the bed. We didn't think anything of it chalking it up to just a few stuck to the blanket. We never thought it could be an actual leak. We were wrong, after removing the blanket several times over the couple months we've owned it the beads keep coming out. Problem is we cannot find out where the leak is. Now for the bad news, we bought this on Amzn from seller Woot in early February 2021. Now the only listed seller is The Houseware Shoppe who answered our warranty question which said to contact HugBud for help with service for this product. Troubles again we found HugBud storefront but no info how to contact them. And all buy options go back to The Houseware Shoppe as the seller. We did find that another prior question was answered by The Houseware Shoppe with a signature of HugBud. Who really is the seller/manufacture and how do we contact them regarding warranty issues? And what is the warranty of the product? Not the return period since Woot says 90 days while Amazon says 30 days which expired over 2 months ago. We wish HugBud would post their contact and warranty information so customers can contact if issues like ours arise. We love the blanket but cannot continue using it with the beads leaking out and ending up all around our bed and bedding. Hopefully someone has contacted HugBud and can share the info with us. The price of the blanket is expensive, to expensive to just throw away. Hopefully HugBud might ship a replacement that does not have a leak. This review would have been 5 stars if it didn't leak and Mfg/warranty info was available. Instead we deducted 2 stars for missing warranty and Mfg contact info along with short product life.
