Arrived broken.

It arrived broken which was disappointing because MSI built my last laptop which had lasted almost ten years and would have lasted longer if my antivirus software hadn't corrupted my hardrive after trying to remove a virus. I received a replacement that is chugging along now, but it still sucks to receive a defective product right out of the box when you chose something hopefully based on reliability.
