Ignition Pro Beatle Bass (Open Box)

Okay, there are two bad things, the strings, and the pickup. The round wounds have this horrible buzzing on the frets, I recommend replacing these with some Labella short-scale flat wounds. The bridge pick up is a bit low, so I'd lift it up if I were you. The pick guard is this plastic thing, unlike the german pearl one, but I'm genuinely surprised by how good quality it is regardless. Yes this is from China, however the factory it's made in is owned by Höfner. Now on to the great parts. The packaging is safe and very secure. The paint and finish is WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC, LOVELY, and other positive words. The control panel is fantastic, and I adore the gold volume knobs over the old black ones. The back is also rounded like Paul's. It plays and sounds well with a good bit of tuning, and action adjusting. It's pretty comfortable to hold! I was at first a bit skeptical of ordering this as there were barely any reviews, and the only recent one was about how a guy got sent a righty. However, now that I've got my hands on this I want to reassure my fellow lefties that yep, it's totally legit, and I say go for it!
