Clear picture with some great features

Had an electrician install it, and then I linked it to our existing system. Works well, and have had no issues thus far. The low point was in the installation, as the electrician admitted that every product is different and these alarm.com units have poor install directions in the manual. We found some user created install videos that helped, but it maybe have a clear install video linked via QR code in the manual? Good product, and I recommend it to anyone that uses the alarm.com security system.

Stopped working when doorbell run 2 months in... Update now completely died.

It was great (besides slow connection time to doorbell through app) and then one day decided that if you press the doorbell you can't connect for a minute or so. Have gone through troubleshooting and tried everything under the sun. Trying to figure out now what my options are since too late for Amazon return. Update: Completely died now, no power. Wiring is good and within voltage range (using Alarm.com voltage transformer so should have been anyways).
