I'm only using one for the past four months and it's still sharp......I use it to cut almost everything. Flexible but firm....the blade isn't too thick and the handle has a great grip.. no rust so far and the color is still in tact.

All the black granitstone is wearing off they get dull after 2 use would not buy again.
