Bakes extremely well

Excellent heat distribution for baking. Very sturdy. Excellent non-stick coating. FYI, although it can go in the dishwasher, the manual says to hand wash for best results. I always hand wash mine because I love it so much and don't wan't to take a chance on degrading the non-stick coating. I've used much more expensive baking pans, but this is my favorite.

I used a plastic knife to cut, but upon cleaning pan, realized pan was already scratched.
