Great little watch/fitness monitor. Ive worn it nearly every day since ive bought it. I have to change the bands every 6 months or so, but that just means i can change the color. The battery still last about a week between charges.

I was sold a used product that Samsung couldn't even verify - BEWARE!

I have used an Apple watch since 2018 and I love it - but sometimes, all of the bells and whistles annoy me. It's nice to turn all that off and just have basic features, like a step count, a timer, but nothing fancy - and this older Samsung Fit2 seemed like a perfect idea! Since it said it was sold by Amazon, I trusted that I'd be receiving what was stated - a brand-new simple "dumb watch" for step counts, heart rate monitoring, and a few other little basics. The watch arrived March 27th. I started using it March 28th. By yesterday, April 4th, the screen stopped working. I hadn't put the watch through any kind of stress - in fact, I hadn't left the house that entire week - but the screen froze and then just went dark. Since the battery was at 24% (these watches DO have an amazing battery life, if you get a legitimate one!), I figured I would charge it and all would be well. But no. The watch wanted me to update via an app that Samsung no longer supports for this older fitness tracker. I tried using the app I already had through Samsung, but nothing happened. All I could see on the tracker screen (which only worked when plugged in with the 2-foot-long charger) was an error message: "F3F1 - - WEAR." It was trying to connect my watch to an older version of the installation app. Since it had only been 6 days, I called Samsung support. They immediately asked me for the serial number and info on the box, which I luckily kept, and which I provided. The CSR at Samsung asked if I purchased the watch in July of 2022. When I said no, I purchased it March 20th of 2023 and just started using it not even a week ago, she was confused - the original purchase date and set-up date was July 2022. And I thought it was odd when she kept asking me to press the "control" button on the side - this tracker doesn't have that - so something was off. And then, I looked closer at the box. On the bottom of the box was a yellow label that said "TunaShopsT GROUP." The Samsung tracker didn't come from Amazon. It came used (but labeled as new on the barcode) from a third-party seller that had purchased it AND set up an account in 2022. The watch wasn't going to work, and Samsung Customer Support was pretty anxious that my data (such as my calendar and health info) may be with that third-party seller. I wouldn't take the risk. It's a cute "dumb watch," but the screen is finicky, the step count is about 30% inaccurate (I know I walk more than 600 steps in a day - I put my Apple Watch on one wrist and the Samsung on the other, and the step counts were wildly different, so when I averaged them, the discrepancy was roughly 30%), and there is NO software or update to support this 2020 style. And now, some random third-party has my information, which both Samsung and Amazon are looking into on my behalf. TunaShopsT Group has a 10% approval rating. I wish I had seen who the seller was before I purchased this used product. Luckily, I can return it since it was clear from both Samsung and Amazon that I was scammed, but a simple little tracker caused some massive headaches. So, please, don't risk it. If the price looks too good to be true ($70), it probably is. And third-party sellers need to be vetted better. This one could have stolen my information, and based upon Samsung's reaction, it's a very likely possibility.
