Amazing tracker and best band ever
By Samsung Customer on Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2021
So I got this today to help me keep track if my heart rate and health functions. I had a galaxy s9+ with a finger sensor and I would check my rate several times during walks and exercise. A few weeks ago I upgraded to the s21 5g. When I first realized the heart rate sensors were gone, I almost sent it back. I was told a fitness band would fill all my needs and let me keep the new phone. Research led me to the Samsung Fit2. Since it's a part of the Samsung universe, integration into my life was easy. I charged it and put on a very nice screensaver (available on Amazon) the EZCO 3 pack. Of course I had to play with it a bit and get it the way I seem to like. Then I put it on. I have never had a band that tucked under itself, which kind of scared me a bit. I have never had or used a comfortable watch band. Even as a child I didn't wear my Mickey Mouse watch (wish I still had that) because the band bothered me. This has a rubberish type band which is the best designed and most comfortable band I've ever had. I've had it on my wrist for hours now, constant heart rate monitoring, and I've used 1% battery life. Seriously, 2+ hours, constantly playing with it, checking it, wow, just wow. Best $50 I have ever spent on a watch. I love this thing UPDATE: Now I have had this for 2 days and I like it more than I did. Woke up this morning and it was at 88% battery... put it on charge while I took a shower and when I got back, it was at 100% in like 10 minutes, very nice. That was at 8am... now is 10:30 in the evening, about to goto bed, and it is at 94% so I'm down 6 percent in 14 hours and 30 minutes. Continuous heart rate monitoring, I did turn the brightness down from max to about 20% which was very viewable except in bright sunlight, and I'm sure that had a major impact on battery life. Love this thing UPDATE #2: Now a few days in and I'm learning this thing. First, the wake up gesture will drain the battery fastest, even in sleep mode, just moving your wrist will wake it up. There is a little "home" button at the bottom middle of the screen, just touch it when you want to see everything. Today is just totally unreal, from 8am (shower time, still haven't worked up the nerve to shower with it on, so when I shower I put it on charge) to 8pm... 12 hours, and I am still at 100% battery. I still have it set to continuously check my heart rate, but without the wake up gesture being on, it apparently uses so little battery. My next and hopefully final update will let y'all know how long I can go between charges, so tomorrow I'm not charging and we will see how long it goes. I've heard 12 days, and 15 days and so on but I really want to see, and I will report my findings. UPDATE #3: Wow, just amazing. I charged my battery to full at 8am on April 1st, my watch finally died at 5:00pm on April 15th, well over 2 weeks later. You must be aware that the WAKE UP GESTURE is nice and fun and everything, turn it off to save battery. My watch still continuously checks my heart rate or I could have gotten more time from my charge, but this works fantastic. I love this little fitness tracker and I'm sure y'all will as well. Big HINT: DO NOT WEAR YOUR BAND TOO TIGHT. I can still fit my finger under the band when it is on my wrist and it still works perfectly, it doesn't have to cut your circulation to work... and my bad, the EZCO 3 pack does not live up to expectations, seems the protector develops bubbles quickly and eventually just falls off, which saddened me because I liked those protectors in particular, but I did get [6 Pack] Aimtel Compatible with Fit2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JPQ54Y4? and they seem to work very well, I have had them 5 days so far and no problems at all. Good luck y'all

I was sold a used product that Samsung couldn't even verify - BEWARE!
By AH2113 on Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2023
I have used an Apple watch since 2018 and I love it - but sometimes, all of the bells and whistles annoy me. It's nice to turn all that off and just have basic features, like a step count, a timer, but nothing fancy - and this older Samsung Fit2 seemed like a perfect idea! Since it said it was sold by Amazon, I trusted that I'd be receiving what was stated - a brand-new simple "dumb watch" for step counts, heart rate monitoring, and a few other little basics. The watch arrived March 27th. I started using it March 28th. By yesterday, April 4th, the screen stopped working. I hadn't put the watch through any kind of stress - in fact, I hadn't left the house that entire week - but the screen froze and then just went dark. Since the battery was at 24% (these watches DO have an amazing battery life, if you get a legitimate one!), I figured I would charge it and all would be well. But no. The watch wanted me to update via an app that Samsung no longer supports for this older fitness tracker. I tried using the app I already had through Samsung, but nothing happened. All I could see on the tracker screen (which only worked when plugged in with the 2-foot-long charger) was an error message: "F3F1 - - WEAR." It was trying to connect my watch to an older version of the installation app. Since it had only been 6 days, I called Samsung support. They immediately asked me for the serial number and info on the box, which I luckily kept, and which I provided. The CSR at Samsung asked if I purchased the watch in July of 2022. When I said no, I purchased it March 20th of 2023 and just started using it not even a week ago, she was confused - the original purchase date and set-up date was July 2022. And I thought it was odd when she kept asking me to press the "control" button on the side - this tracker doesn't have that - so something was off. And then, I looked closer at the box. On the bottom of the box was a yellow label that said "TunaShopsT GROUP." The Samsung tracker didn't come from Amazon. It came used (but labeled as new on the barcode) from a third-party seller that had purchased it AND set up an account in 2022. The watch wasn't going to work, and Samsung Customer Support was pretty anxious that my data (such as my calendar and health info) may be with that third-party seller. I wouldn't take the risk. It's a cute "dumb watch," but the screen is finicky, the step count is about 30% inaccurate (I know I walk more than 600 steps in a day - I put my Apple Watch on one wrist and the Samsung on the other, and the step counts were wildly different, so when I averaged them, the discrepancy was roughly 30%), and there is NO software or update to support this 2020 style. And now, some random third-party has my information, which both Samsung and Amazon are looking into on my behalf. TunaShopsT Group has a 10% approval rating. I wish I had seen who the seller was before I purchased this used product. Luckily, I can return it since it was clear from both Samsung and Amazon that I was scammed, but a simple little tracker caused some massive headaches. So, please, don't risk it. If the price looks too good to be true ($70), it probably is. And third-party sellers need to be vetted better. This one could have stolen my information, and based upon Samsung's reaction, it's a very likely possibility.
