This remote was very easy to pair with the tv. My family member has dementia and was continually confused by the regular tv remote. I bought this one and problem solved! They use this without any issue at all. Highly recommend!

Remote got hot

Never had an issue before with this product I inserted the batteries and a spot on the remote got hot yep no thanks so I am returning it
