Very easy to clean

I have had nothing stuck to these yet but I will say the handles on the big pot are kinda easy to shatter

Arrived Broken, and Granite Stone Company Ignored Warranty Request

My pan arrived damaged, but I didn't know this as I had not used it right away. When I first went to cook, the handle was damaged. It immediately bent down like it a piece of metal that has been twisted back and forth, weakening it. The whole pan flopped down as the handle failed, leaving me unable to use the pan as intended. I basically have a pan with no handle. I twice contacted the company with a warranty request and photographic evidence. First email they ignored. Second with a more official request form, they at first responded and asked for pictures (Which i had already attached to my first request, so I resent them), but six emails later I never got another response out of them. I feel the nonstick surface of this pan is solid, but the mere fact that they cannot honor their warranty is no good for people like me who received a defective product.

It has heat free handle and lasted a year of me using it daily. My mil scrubbed it too hard, so I have to buy a new one. You have to be gentle with washing. The only downside is it doesn’t have a lid. I have to buy the lid separately.

Ihave been using this for 10 months now. I cook a lot. I don't like cleaning up afterwards. This is the first pan that actually is easy to clean. Nothing sticks to the inside of the pan. Even cooked on cheese just wipes off. I love how big it is. I highly recommend this pan.

I like the skillet but it does have this problem - it easily dents. The first one I got was dented on arrival. It must have happened in shipping. The dent was about 5-6 inches straight - laying aside a ruler across the rim. I ordered a replacement skillet. It was a little bit “out of round” but you can’t tell it unless you really stare at the skillet’s rim. It had been very well packed for shipping. Overall, it is perfect for searing or frying large batches. It has done well in the dishwasher, too. No scratching has occurred but I have used silicon utensils on it. I had bought a set of Granitestone Pro set of pots and pans recently. There are all thicker than the skillet. However, if this skillet were as thick as the cookware it would be extremely heavy and potentially difficult to handle. It sounds counterintuitive to be happy with a product like this. However, this is for a modest kitchen and is okay for my purposes.

Thankful the pan itself is in decent condition but the handle was outside the box, obvious shoe imprint and deep scratches to the handle. Shipping took almost 2 weeks using prime, China delivered faster than NY 🤷🏼♀️ I love the frying pan, it is my 2nd one. Very easy to clean. Just disappointed in shipping.
