Wanted to give 5 but issues with 2 separate units have made me decide 3 is as best as I can do. Frankly if it weren't Anker, I'd say less. Anker is great, and their products often exceed expectations. But this charging station must not like me. First unit I received, maybe a couple weeks after, stopped working. Didn't matter the outlet, didn't matter how often I tried to reseat the controllers or headset, kept having issues and not charging. And Anker? They did a wonderful solid and sent me a replacement free of charge so long as I returned the original malfunctioning device. Exceptional service. However, after only about a year and a half of use, I noticed it doesn't charge as fast as it used to, and sometimes when it claims the controllers are charging, they really weren't. Even went and bought a new set of their batteries as well as ensuring the connections were clean. Nothing. Low and behold though, today I noticed the lights weren't even on. The device was working a week ago, when I last used my headset. Today however.. my headset is dead, I can only assume my controllers are too and swapping from one outlet to another doesn't fix the issue. I've tried just about everything besides buying a new one or replacing the block & cable. I think the unit itself is dead. It lasted a good 2 years and some change. If you don't mind it dying in 3 years time, give it a shot. Yours may last longer than mine. Bums me out mine has died, but if I get a new dock, I'll likely look into alternatives.
