Great Product

It cooks a 28 pound Turkey perfectly, crisp outside, juicy inside. Doesn't heat up the kitchen and is way more efficient than the oven. These roasters cooks it faster too. Good size easy to use and great value

Just received and tested out last night to use for the Thanksgiving holiday to free up our oven for other dishes. I agree with the other reviewers that it does seem to be cheaply made and lacking in refinement, but it did well when cooking a small whole chicken. I would highly recommend your first time using the roaster to be in a well ventilated area. My roaster gave off quite a nasty chemical smell and some smoke that eventually went away, but was not something I was happy about. Also, the included grate seems a little flimsy for something larger like a 15+ lbs. turkey. I guess I'll find out in a few days when I cook a 20 lbs. turkey. The clean up was pretty easy, which is a bonus for me especially when the house is full or people. If this product lasts a few years I'll be happy.
