My pool salt cell stopped working about 5 months after it was installed. I reached out to Aabaco Environmental through Amazon and asked for help. The Rep, Amy, initially refereed me to the manufacturer to get the issue diagnosed and then confirmed the cell was bad. Amy immediately sent me a return label and 4 days later the new salt cell arrived. A couple of days later the new cell stopped working and I reached out to Pentair and Amy again and found out I had a user error. Amy gave me her direct number and told me that Aabaco Environmental is a small family company who stands behind their products and that she would make sure this got resolved correctly. Great customer service! Thanks Amy!

Don’t Buy This System

Terrible system. I have installed 2 in 5 years. First thing that breaks is the flow switch which essentially activates the system to make chlorine but finding someone to replace it will cost you a fortune. The other option is fix it yourself which involves buying a Chinese knockoff on Amazon for around $10 and cutting and splicing 4 wires. The problem is they only last 6 months or less. Suggest you buy a system that has all the smart digital readouts mounted on a wall instead of on the unit itself. Any system is better than the Intellichlor systems. Hope this saves you a lot of money.
