Powers off every 5 minutes and glitches

I am thoroughly disappointed in this product and I am working on my return right now. I received this item 2 days ago and ever since I got it, it will glitch and then power off every 5-10 minutes. It is extremely inconvenient and I can't believe they are selling these. I got it for college to take notes and study and I've barely been able to do much with it.Do not buy this product and just buy an iPad directly from Apple. The extra money is worth it for a product that will actually work.
