Samsung S20 FE - 256GB (4G LTE) (International Model) (Open Box)

I do love Samsung Products. However this particular phone was a nightmare. I learned long ago to ALWAYS shop though the Amazon Restore, or the Samsung Store though Amazon, and to purchase the Assurion Warranty offered with the device. I researched and know what I wanted to buy. However in "this" particular case the product inside the box, was NOT the described product. In this case, the phone was listed with GSM carrier comparability. The phone arrived as described with one exception. It was a CDMA carrier compatible phone. It took taking the phone down to my carrier, looking up the IMEI Capability through my carrier to discover the problem. The Amazon Agent DID work very hard to help me find a phone that would satisfy the issue. At this time, I am awaiting the arrival of the new phone. I will be sending this phone back with a label addressing the issue. Waiting for the Holiday to pass to take to UPS store to return the product. Expecting delivery of new phone on Tuesday. Will take to carrier for set up this time. Amazon has been good to me. However, I gave the rating a 1 because what was listed, was NOT what I bought. It consumed the entire day with phone calls, and a trip to my carrier to determine the problem. For the phone expected Tuesday, the Amazon Agent made sure the phone WAS as listed. However, I will not have a definitive answer until Tuesday.
