Roborock E4 Mop Robot Vacuum and Mop

Do not use your money on this floor robot. I have had 3 now and had to return the first 2 due to different malfunctions. I have had the last one for about 2 months now. My furniture, baseboards & cabinets are ruined. The paint has been removed by the machine hitting them so much. The robot even has the white paint marks to prove it. Mopping wise- it slides across the floor with a rag. Essentially that’s all it is. I knew I would still have to mop but the mopping function is a total waste of money. The vacuum is great. As long as you keep it clean and the bin emptied it’s a great vacuum. But the robot, overall, is awful. It gets stuck on the flat strip at the seam of flooring, it gets stuck on any little raise in the floor. It throws random errors constantly. It will be sitting in the middle of an empty floor and will throw an error that something is in its way! It has little to no pattern. It stays somewhat in a z pattern but mostly just goes wherever. It does not learn your room at all! It will vacuum the living room and hall and not even turn to go into any of the bedrooms or bathrooms. I have to physically place it in each room. I have it “clean” my linoleum kitchen floor every night (small kitchen) and there are still large areas it misses. I wish so bad I would’ve never spent my hard-earned money on this brand of robot. I got 4 months of use out of 3 of these. Please, think about it before you spend this much money on an item that is this awful. I do have to say customer support has been very responsive.
