Powerful workhorse that works right out of the box

First Impression - 5Star This amazing Rockpals 300w Portable Power Station works right of the box. I could charge all of my electronic devices including iPhone, iPad, earbuds, wireless headphones, wireless keyboard, shaver, wireless toothbrush, smaller power banks, flash lights, Amazon Fire tablet, PC laptop and more simultaneously while charging itself by Rockpals solar panels. I did plug in additional 30,000 mAh power bank so it can recharge both the unit and the power bank the same time. As soon as I plug in the solar panel, the coolant fan starts spinning right of the bat, and the LCD screen show how much energy it got from current sunlight condition from 12w to about 68w on full sun. Not only it is convenient for the road trip, it saves my electric bill around the house as well as emergency readiness. I'm happy. One month of use review - 3Star After using the unit for about month and I am getting uncomfortable with the fact that the fan has started kicking in and whizzing at all time, when I plugged in AC to use my iMac. At 63w, the fan runs real loud and annoying. Not sure what I can do about. Four months of use review - 5Star Supreme customer service! Rockpals agents reached out to me many times & offered assistance & replacement of brand new & upgraded unit. Item received next day and worked like a charm. Rockpals really stands behind their products and have gained trust from me. I will not hesitate to buy more products from them. Thanks.

Stop charging after 4 uses!!

UPDATE! - After going back and forth with customer service, the rep finally admitted that this product would not last much more than 2 years. (mine lasted 2 years a 3 months) No matter how few/many times its used! So looking back it cost me about $70 per use. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! Purchased this a little over 2 years ago. Only used it 4 times for my CPAP. A couple times camping and a couple times when the electric went out at our house. I used it last week when the electric went out due to a bad storm. I woke up and it was on 13%. I tried recharging it and it wouldn't recharge. I emailed customer service. They told me to hold down a couple buttons a time. I did what they told me and it didn't work. Wrote them back again and got a sorry, but you're out of luck email. They offered me a $30 coupon on a new one??!! I don't thinks so. Why would I ever purchase another one of your products???!! Especially if its going to fail after a few uses? After reading more reviews it seems like I'm not the only one who had the same problem with this Chinese made product.
