Disappointed in this charger

I had high hopes for this charger, but it does not charge past 80%. It still looks like it’s charging, but it never goes beyond 80%. Apparently it’s broken and I’ve only had it for maybe two months, I need a charger that’s going to charge 100%. so now I am looking for a new charger
