Great pack. Put a 2l water bladder in the insert, added a 1l bottle inside. Used it for a week of 4 to 6 mile hikes at Zion and Bryce. It was 90 degrees some days .Carried well , set on my hips, no stiff sore neck. Snacks, sunblock, etc. Could easily have fit a jacket and an extra tee. I'm a woman, 5' 6". Best fitting pack I've ever worn.
