Marc Jacobs Women's The Mini Tote

I received a FAKE tote. The strap was so cheap looking and the material of the bag felt thin. I compared it to my medium size tote and the hooks that are supposed to be on the inside of the bag are placed outside of the bag. You can look at the pictures and see the difference. I don't understand why I received a fake when the other reviews with pictures look like they received a real marc jacobs tote. I've ask for refund and this is my second time writing a review. The last one was deleted. Just wanted to share my experience before anyone else take a chance on losing their money and having to wait for a refund. You might get a real tote like the other reviewers did but unfortunately that wasn't my experience.
