I love Asus products

I ordered this because I had C200 laptop that lasted 9 years and never any problems. This is a great laptop for the money. I am happy with this so far. I hope it lasts as long as other one. It is lightweight and easy to use.

I bought this for work, and from day one found the internet to lag and drop during video calls. This happened multiple places, not just my house. Last week, it told me the OS was corrupt. I had a technology person reinstall it for me. It didn’t work… it started to let me set up and then went corrupt again. AND I am having a terrible time trying to get customer support. Don’t waste your money too!
