The quality is outstanding, and the blues and greens are so beautiful and vibrant, with little gold stars too. Matches my little blue kitchen perfectly. Didn't know Lenox has a replacement promise that says they will replace any dish you break for free (must register the product first)! This little scene of balsam trees will certainly brighten my winter.

Poorly made items with varying sizes and shapes visible to the naked eyes

I bought several Lenox collections and really love the brand and their quality. However, the items I received were poorly made. The size of the bowls varies slightly and they are not even in a well rounded shape. As a result, the items cannot stacked stably. One of the bowl is even thicker than the others and the painting is floating on the surface. Very poor quality control making me think whether these items are authentic Lenox. Very disappointed and decided to return it back. I would not recommend buying them.
