Samsung Galaxy A51 (S&D) (Open Box)

I ordered the phone as a gift for my daughter's upcoming birthday. Phone arrived on time but i noticed the battery was draining very quickly so i started to observe before gift wrapping only to realize after the second day it had completely shut down and didn't power back on even though the phone wasnt being used at all. I tried charging it and still nothing. Hence applying for a refund as i am completely disappointed, my daughter wont get her gift on her birthday and worst the closest drop off location is 30 minutes away. That is an inconvenience, i cancel the return to get another option same issue. Seller this is an inconvenience as the cost of the phone will be going back to uber ride. How is this fare when this wasnt my fault to begin with. Faulty phone.
