Great machine for small spaces
By Catherine Beeny on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2025
I was looking for something to put in my home office to help me get as much movement as possible during the day. This is the perfect machine. It’s compact, easy to use and also allows for a great leg and arm workout. I use it everyday and I am very happy!

Okay… but not a realistic fitness machine for day to day
By Kassie on Reviewed in the United States on November 13, 2022
I got this as an alternative to getting a traditional treadmill or stair master for my home.Little background, I workout at 6:30am at local gym by my house every morning. I weight train 5 days a week and usually do 20 minutes of cardio on the stair master afterwards. Altogether I’m at the gym for 2- 3hrs each morning (don’t be impressed I take like 2-3 minute rest between heavy lifts, sometimes even more. I also do a 10 minute warm up, 15minute cool down and 20-25minutes of cardio). It’s realistic for my current work situation but will not be something I can maintain when work picks up. Hence why I am looking for an alternative option for cardio that I can split towards an after dinner walk or 1hr lunch break walk. This would cut my morning time at the gym by 45 minutes to an hour. What I like about this stepper is a pretty short list. It’s burns almost as many calories as being on a stair master when set to the highest step level (I got the adjustable height one), it’s low impact on your knees and doesn’t make me feel as exhausted cardio vascular wise as being on an actual stair master. Assembly is also super easy, it’s small an easily stored, counts your steps and can be set pretty much anywhere to workout. My dislikes however are deal breakers. I HATE how slippery this machine is. With sneakers my feet slide around. Without sneakers my feet slide around. I’m constantly adjusting my feet position. It’s the most irritating situation to deal with when try to workout I’ve ever experienced. It’s distracting while trying to workout. I have decent balance and this machine gives me a run for my money. There is a version of this with a handle bar and in my opinion that would be the only thing to make this machine worth owning. I’m not about to pay $30-$40 more for a handle bar sorry. I rather pay the extra $200 for the actual treadmill. I think that this machine would be worth the price if the anti slip grips on the foot pedals and made the pedals longer because your feet are going to hang off if your over a women’s size 9.Unless you want to spend your entire workout sliding around, attempting to keep your balance I’d skip this one. It’s not worth it. I gave it 3 stars solely based on the fact that it is a good workout if you can deal.
