Beware of this seller! Not sure if they are selling defective devices but here is my story. I bought this phone in early February of 2021 and sent it as a gift to a loved one who badly needed a cell phone. The device is under normal use of stress and constantly says its overheating and shuts off its display and any apps open. We are also having issue with connectivity to cellular service providers in which her connection to calls and data services cut out periodically without warning. After much attempts to fix these issues by contacting Samsung technical support and working with the cellular service provider, the issues were never resolved. Now I am stuck with a device which should be top of the line in cell phone performance and have to get my niece a new phone. Contacted seller. Waiting to hear back on return options.
