Really comfortable and functional

Pros: -Incredibly comfortable. Not too tight, and the cushion on the ear don't cause any area too have too much pressure -Sound quality is impressive. Not like a Bose headset or something that blows you away, but is very easy to communicate -Ease: Plugged it in and set up in 5 minutes or less and was ready to roll -Noise cancelling. I don't use this feature because it almost freaks me out how quiet everything gets with it on, but it's incredibly effective if you did need to block out ambient noise - battery life is really strong. I'm usually dialing for 2 hours periods at a time of heavy talk time with only a 15 minute break or so in between, and it doesn't seem to go below 75% -Build of the headset and base seem strong and very easy to dock for charging -Looks sleek and not really bulks like a helicopter pilot like others I've had -physical mute button. HUGE for me as I don't like messing with a sensor all day when I have to mute Cons: -Range isn't great. It starts to cut out on my when I go just 2 rooms over in my house. We have a lot of baby monitors and sound machines and all, so maybe that's disrupting it, but I wish I could pace a bit further.

Read carefully before buying this!
By hh378 on Reviewed in the United States on November 30, 2021
Update: I was contacted by someone from Amazon almost immediately after filing a complaint with the BBB. They gave me a refund, no questions asked and told me to keep the headset. I don't need it but whatever. I just wish I didn't have to go through all that but I'm happy about the refund. I purchased this under Prime thinking if it didn't work I'd just exchange it like I'd done before. I received this two days ago and tried it for the first time. My first two callers couldn't hear me and there was this feedback type noise coming through the headset non-stop. Next caller, the headset kept breaking up like a cell phone with no signal. I could barely help my customers because I kept having to ask them to repeat themselves. Finally I had had enough. I went back to my wired headset and contacted Amazon for a return. They proceeded to tell me that the item is non-returnable but couldn't give me a reason why. Yet in the item description it says they will refund or replace broken or defective items. The headset was clearly defective. I spoke to about five different people at Amazon including a rude supervisor. They all said I needed to contact Polytronic for a refund because they couldn't take it back. I contacted Polytronic and they said they can't give me a refund because I didn't purchase it directly from their website. He said I could only receive a replacement so I figured I'd try that until he said I would have to return the brand new defective one and pay my own shipping. I was livid at this point with Amazon & Polytronics. Therefore, I filed a complaint with the BBB against Amazon because they are the company that I purchased this from. The Amazon rep said if the headset was physically broken then they would give me a refund. So if it's defective that doesn't qualify? That makes no sense and I am out of $130!! I can't file a dispute with my credit card company because I purchased this on my employee wellness account. I've never had this issue before and I've been a Prime member for at least ten years. I will triple check all return policies from here on out and I will continue to try to get my refund because this is ridiculous.
