Proscenic P11 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner (Open Box)

I bought the vacuum in late January and by May it stopped working... The vacuum would clean up debris on the floor, but after you turned off the power/suction, everything would fall back onto the floor. I was very excited about the "Swiffer"-like mop feature, but it did not come close to meeting expectations. For the price I expected more, and I recommend spending a little more to get a name brand, like Dyson. The final straw was dealing with their customer service and trying to get a refund for the past month. Fortunately, Amazon came to the rescue, because I was getting nowhere with their team. Pros: - The light on the front makes it easy to see dirt, especially if you turn off the lights in the room Cons: - The suction stopped working after a few months - The "Swiffer"-like mop feature is useless and doesn't really clean... it just wets the floor surface and you can't really apply pressure - You have to use the wall mount to charge the vacuum, there's no power plug-in on the vacuum itself - The customer service was awful when trying to get a refund. The responses were choppy and often took a few days between messages. While they offered a replacement vacuum, I didn't want to deal with everything again, especially since I didn't like the vacuum from the start. Ultimately, they offered a 60% refund of the original purchase price, which is ridiculous for a brand new product
