The Samsung Note 20 Ultra exceeded all of my expectations with the expandable memory and second phone line features. These features are things that many phone carriers have omitted over the years. Not being able to have Ample Storage that is free to the customer has become a serious problem that most phone carriers do not address. There are far too many apps and accessories nowadays that cost you money to utilize. I am not fond of that thought process and believe that by purchasing a phone that is approximately $1,400 you should have some latitude on what you have to pay for. That is my biggest pet peeve and has not been a problem with the note 20 Ultra! I'm extremely sad to see the line of note phones and with Note 20 and I bid you farewell thank you Samsung for so many good years!

Received it in a timely manner, found out its not compatible with Xfinity Mobile, or Tmobile, but Metro by Tmobile was able to add into their system... phone worked great, I loved my phone...its been 6 months now since I purchased, and the phone got super hot, could hardly touch it, and the screen froze, the power button would not respond, so i held power and volume at same time, phone went off, once it cooled down, the phone will not come back on , I have tried charging with different chargers.. I have an Otterbox case, I have never dropped it, gotten it in water, absolutely no damage, the phone looks brand new still....I cannot believe I have to go buy another phone..I typically have a cell phone for 3-5 years, and 6 months for this price just sucks.
