Great for Aebelskiver!

This pan was great for making Aebelskiver. Seven holes is about all we could handle when filling, turning, and "rolling" the pancakes for even browning. We filled them with jam, mini chocolate chips, and blueberries. Delicious!!!

Food sticks to the surface

Seasoned the cast iron as directed in the manual. Tried all temp settings with different kinds of oil for the cooking but it always stick to the sides
