Purchased an excellent condition pro 7 and came as described. A few very small wear spots on the edge, tiny dirt in the plastic seems but that was it. Screen is excellent with a perfectly placed protective film. Back cover excellent. Came with Windows 10 Pro and was able to upgrade to 11 Pro. I was very scared of what condition the device would arrive in, either from the seller or from the shipping carrier. I am very happy so far. Will update if that changes.

This is all about AMAZON.........

We received an item from a seller that we did not select, so Amazon must have changed this, and found that there was an issue with the power supply unit. The computer had already been delivered to a client, and all that Amazon kept repeating and forcibly ending chats and phone calls, was just send the whole thing back, we don't care about your reputation or what happens to the other company. Do or do not, we (Amazon) don't really care! If this is the experience that you want that you have been warned. The computer itself works without any issues.
