Falls apart unexpectedly

Bought in December 2024. Loved it... UNTIL... March 2025... the emblem fell off somewhere, not even sure how long it was gone before I noticed, but I don't think it was too long. Ok, not THAT big a deal. BUT... April... walking with strap across my body, it just fell off onto the parking lot, no warning. Strap was detached from the bag, stitching unraveled and glue dried up. Now it's an oversized bulky clutch. No thanks!
