Update: I was contacted again and they allowed me to send the replacement cord and the one I ordered back for a refund. THREE STARS FOR S-TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU! UPDATE: They saw my review and sent me a new cord. It still does not display but I gave two stars because they at least tried to help. I appreciate it but it just does not work with my device and it won't ever work. I've tried to see if there was a way to fix it but their cord only works with certain types of devices. Thanks for your help anyways. I bought this in a bundle with a type-c to HDMI (female). The other cord works beautifully but this cord does not display at all. I believe it may just be newer models of devices will not display. I'm not certain. What I do know is that it does not work with my Samsung Galaxy s20 FE and my projector. I'm an idiot because I already ripped up the box and tossed it. Can't even return it... But maybe it'll work for something else and I can make use of it somehow. My DeX comes up so it detects that there's a cord and device attached but it does not display anything on the other end. It also doesn't charge. It looks like a sturdy cord. I just wish it worked.
