Xbox Core Wireless Controller (Open Box)

I'm coming from using Xbox 360 controllers for the past 15 years and I decided to pick this up because my last 360 controller is way too worn out now. I'll start off and say that I absolutely love the new D-pad and the overall feel of the controller. However, there is a big problem with multiple inputs when you're only pressing the button once. I already had to exchange one controller because the A button would occasionally register 2-5 inputs when I pressed it once (or it wouldn't work at all if I pressed it on the side). B button sometimes registered twice, also. This is extremely annoying when you're interacting with menus within a video game or you're playing a game with precise button combos. Likely what the problem is there's probably dust between the contacts. (or the OEM rubber button pads is just really poor in these models) But, Microsoft has made this controller much harder to fix yourself because there are far more steps you must do to take it apart compared to a 360 controller. Seriously, go watch a video if you wanna see what I'm talking about, it's insane what they did with xb1 controllers. Anyway, I've already done one exchange and this replacement is a bit better than the first one, but I have gotten double input still (although rarer). I never experienced such a thing on four-five 360 controllers over the past 15 years and I find it really unacceptable that this is even a problem.
