BodyBoss Home Gym 2.0 with Extra Bands (Open Box)

I would give this product a 9/10 because it is more effective than other bands-based workout systems, but it does not provide quite as much intensity as I need to train some of my bigger muscles. It is great for training smaller muscles, like arms and shoulder, but it is more difficult for training legs because bands do not give as much resistance that I need to really challenge my squats. I have been getting great workouts with this so far, and it is durable and portable. Extra bands are a must for men who are in above-average physical shape and wanting to challenge themselves further. It might not give quite as much resistance as I need, so I need to increase the intensity in other ways, such as by slowing down my reps, doing more reps, and adjusting the range of motion
