Greenworks 40V 120 MPH Cordless Axial Leaf Blower (Open Box)

We have an asphalt driveway that is approximately 5000 sq ft and that is under a canopy of live oaks, which drop considerable leaves year round. I had previously made do clearing the drive with a couple of fairly weak 40v handbeld blowers but it took about an hour . I decided to take a chance on this 8 amp 40v backpack blower, and after using it for a couple of months, I am very happy with it. I can clear off the drive in about 20 minutes because the airflow output is much stronger than the previous blowers. The battery lasts just long enough to completely clear the drive on 1 charge, but I can also use 4 amp 40v batteries in an emergency. The unit is fairly heavy with the 8 amp battery, but at 6 ft, 165 lbs I can manage it easily enough. The noise actually seems less irritating than with the previous blowers.
