These capris are interesting. They pattern is great, they are a little tight but still wearable. The material is slick. I like them but I have to only wear them on my 'skinny days'... I am 5'7" 138 - ordered medium

These are not high waisted and sit lower than I would have liked. Material is light & silky, but they are super snug! Really tight fitting. I bought the medium which is my normal size and returned. I have other pairs of NB that I love, this was not one of them.
