This is a great monitor. Picture clear and crisp. I use this as a dual set. I have two set up side by side . I run accounting and spreadsheets and an occasion show. These are flawless..

GREAT PRODUCT - BAD SELLER

The product is great, consistent with Samsung Products. The review is a 1 star for the Seller. I ordered 2 of these items. Only 1 arrived. I had to request that they ship the second item and it took quite awhile for that to happen. They said the packages had been mixed up and requested that the other buyer return the second item since they had only purchased 1. I said I did not want a returned item since I purchased new and the assured me that would not happen. When the second monitor arrived the corner of the backing appeared to be popped out as if someone had previously removed the backing. It easily snapped back in but then I noticed a defect in the screen as well. I can only imagine how long this is going to take and what hassles I will need to go through. Buy it from a different seller.
