I love this half ball! It's better and more sturdy than the BOSU professional ball at a fraction of the price, and it comes with the wonderful resistance pulls. I bought this ball after having peroneal tendon surgery repair because my physical therapist recommended one, and so glad I found this one!

This thing is the biggest piece of junk. The pump is plastic crap that wouldn't inflate a paper sack. There was no plug with it, not that it mattered since you couldn't inflate it anyway. Don't waste your money. Get one from a reputable sporting goods store.
