It was a great laptop. I really needed a cheap laptop for school and it worked great. Until my mouse button kept getting stuck (within a couple of weeks of having it). It sucked, but I figured Amazon would help. Wrong. I explained to them that I have assignments due in less than two days so I don’t need a replacement, I need a fix. After talking to SIX representatives, the best they could do, was I send in the laptop for a refund. Super helpful for someone on college.. I do not reccomend and sincerely hope nobody gets trapped into this mess. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
