(NEW) Compex Sport Elite 3.0 Muscle Stimulator with TENS Kit

I’ve been using this a Compex machine for a week now. It was dying (the battery) so I went to charge it. That would be the 2nd time EVER I charged it, as I just got it a very short time ago. I was extremely disappointed. I’m trying to use this machine to help heal and rebuild muscles from a damaging accident I had that affected my legs, and they were my top asset, my body is super important to me, so this accident has caused me so much distress. Knowing summer is coming soon, I was trying to use this more and get results I can see, which would be priceless, but when I went to recharge my unit, again- only for the second time, the little micro USB thing isn’t holding it in. There is no snapping in place it just falls out easily and WILL NOT CHARGE! If this is after one week of use, what can I expect in more time 🤷‍♀️. For the overall $200 I paid, I expected something amazing, but this microSD type of charging wire is CLEARLY a massive issue in the design, and I cannot be alone here. I’m not a kid, I’m a 49 year old lady who is very gentle with her stuff, I’m not a child playing with a toy here, so it definitely has ZERO to do with the user, AKA me. I was enjoying it until this happened & when I went to order a replacement, it says *no returns*. I just wanted another one to quickly be shipped out, but sadly I can foresee having even issues still since the charging will be the same and nothing at all happened to it. I consider it a huge design flaw. My chat GBT recommended me to use this for my muscle injuries. Now I’m out over $200 as of now from one week and one charging. Totally NOT acceptable. I’ll be calling the company, but like I said.. even with the replacement, this will likely happen again because it happened so quickly, I’m afraid history will repeat itself. If it DOES at that point, I’m buying another option with a more reliable charging system, so right now I can not recommend this product. I will fight for a refund should I have to. I really wanted to be able to sing this product’s praises. Not at this time, sadly. 1 star! We’ll see if that changes with good customer service and a quickly shipped new machine. It’s not a $10 item, so I’m not letting it go. I hope to be able to raise my review in time. I was loving it until this occurred. Thought I’d charge it and be on my way back to muscle building.
