SOFFT BOOT HEELS COLLAPS AFTER WEARING...NO WAY TO FIX . This company sells high cost boots with a cheap waffle heel that collapses and according to the shoe repair , the heel can't be repaired. Company says " o well..". The boots themselves have not Fallen apart or really shown anywhere but the heels are unusable and the company basically told me you bought it it's yours forget about it. 3 of the 4 $190 boots lasted 12 months....
