Defective tires and warranty is only 60 days they won't help replace or refund money at all

I purchased these Red Dirt Road tires 3 months ago, chunks of the tires are falling off, there are bald spots, and deep inside the new tread, they are cracked when you zoom in on the pictures, now I'm getting the run around and I have to do the work to get refunded or a replacement tires myself. Don't purchase from EZ tire as they only gove you 60 days warranty, any cheap tire or tires that I have gotten from other stores or companies, there are lifetime warranties on them, I've never heard of a 60 day warranty that EZ tire says they can't help me but send me the invoice only, poor business and defective items, and they are not professional or cover the parts or items they sell to customers!!!!
