This is an attractive range hood that can be turned on hands-free. Compared to a couple of other range hoods I've used it's certainly quieter, which is a plus. The downside is that turning it off is not straightforward. The light is bright and the amount of light can be adjusted. That may be helpful for kitchens that don't have enough lighting. Be careful adjusting the height, so a tall person doesn't turn it on just by walking past.

I first ordered the iKtch 36' island range hood from Amazon. Unfortunately, the first product's engine vibrates significantly, touches the metal cover and generates a unbearable amount of noise. Then I requested a replacement from Amazon, they did send a replacement but unfortunately the glass was broken during shipping... Not sure whether I still want to try. But agree this hood looks good.
